My standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Appointments outside of these times may be available upon request, subject to availability. I also offer a Saturday sports massage clinic once a month, open to both new and returning clients. My next Saturday clinics are January 31st and the 7th of March.

CHRISTMAS OPENING HOURS - My last working day before Christmas (25th of December) will be the 23rd of December. I will be back at the clinic on the 2nd of January for 2026. I will still be monitoring enquiries over the festive period but on a reduced basis - please do still get in touch and I’ll get back to you at my soonest availability.
